A NTU Doctor, Raising His Middle Finger to Be the Ambulance Way

     In, Dec. 27th , 2010, the ambulance saved an old woman dying in Taipei City. According to the law, if you hear the whistle, you need to make place for ambulance. But the ambulance met a driver being in the way, raising his middle finger and braking quickly. The act put off one minute that the ambulance went to the hospital late. As a result, the old woman was dead. The driver said he had obsessive-compulsive disorder. Through people researched from the Internet. They finally found the driver, who was a doctor in Department of History, NTU.

     The Department of History, NTU said the doctor, Mr. Xiao, had a good behavior student in the school. It is very surprised for NTU that he is in the ambulance way. But he is an adult, so they decide to hand over to police. If he needs to help, the school will provide the Psychological counseling.
